Steven Brown is a 7 year veteran of the Real Estate Industry. Steven started his career in Jackson, Ms and operated there for 5 years. Steven returned to Mobile, Al to open the HomeVestors franchise with his parents and wife as partners.
Under the tutelage of many of the who’s who names in the real estate industry Steven has been teaching mentoring classes and doing seminars for over 3 years now. As an investor Steven has bought and sold over 500 properties in his career including 70 last year in his first full year in the Mobile, Al area.
Steven was one of the co-founders and major organizer of the local investment club here in Mobile and is currently acting President and serves on the Board of Directors. With vast experience in wholesaling, retailing, and renting property,
Steven brings a well rounded knowledge of the business to all endeavors that he is involved in. He is currently on a pace to purchase over 120 houses this year, of which he will rent 20-25, wholesale 40-50 and retail 55-60. Steven is also the founder and principal of REAL Smart, LLC which does seminars and classes.
He currently has a beginner class that is an 8 week program and an intermediate class that is 12 weeks and will be implementing an advanced class to properly arm all of the local investors with plenty of knowledge for ammunition in the real estate world. His Saturday seminar series is very popular in the Mobile market and consists of roughly 8-10 Saturday seminars per year on a variety of topics.
